Kim Daniels is a Licensed U.S. Customs Broker with more than a decade of experience in trade compliance and import operations. She founded Mercantile Logistics in 2013 and has since provided focused, detail-driven support to businesses navigating U.S. customs requirements. Kim holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Law, giving her a strong foundation in both business strategy and the regulatory frameworks that shape international trade. She works with companies to ensure accurate classification, compliant documentation, and clear guidance in a constantly evolving trade environment.

Business Manager
Erin Byrnes holds an MBA from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and has worked as an asset manager for over 15 years in Las Vegas, NV. She has managed over $1 billion of inventory and verifying accuracy in every detail. She is in charge of all accounting and intra-operations management for Mercantile Logistics. She is meticulous and ensures quality in everything she attempts.
