Starting in 2007, Kim Daniels was hired by one of the suppliers of the Fountainebleau Las Vegas, a Turnberry Project. Originally working as an administrative assistant, the owners saw her organization and meticulous eye for detail, and put her in the position of Logistics Manager. For the next 18 months, Kim coordinated the importation and delivery of all of the glass on this gorgeous building, as well as finishing a few others (World Market Center, Panorama 3 Building). It was at the end of this project that Kim realized that logistics was her calling, and has been pursuing this career for more than a decade, assisting e-commerce sellers with their imports, and new companies with their exports. As the CEO of Mercantile Logistics, she understands how each business owner is directly affected by the location and status of their products, and works diligently to make sure all measures are taken for a timely arrival. She also provides a lot of free advice to those who are interested, with repeat speaking engagements at ASD Market Week, as an instructor for APICS, and is Chairperson for the Nevada District Export Council, President of the Southern Nevada ASCM Forum and member of the Small Business Regulatory Fairness Board (SBA).
