Our team helps small to medium-sized businesses with all of their importing and exporting requirements. As a Licensed Customs Brokerage House, we process all paperwork required by the U.S. Government (commonly referred to as "Clearing Customs") for both imports and exports. We handle the coordination of movement of bulk goods from the supplier to the required destinations, whether that be domestic or international. We work to ensure that each part of the transportation process is managed efficiently, providing you with updates throughout the process to minimize surprises. 

Starting in 2007, Kim Daniels was hired by one of the suppliers of the Fountainebleau Las Vegas, a Turnberry Project. Originally working as an administrative assistant, the owners saw her organization and meticulous eye for detail, and put her in the position of Logistics Manager. For the next 18 months, Kim coordinated the importation and delivery of all of the glass on this gorgeous building, as well as finishing a few others (World Market Center, Panorama 3 Building). It was at the end of this project that Kim realized that logistics was her calling, and has been pursuing this career for more than a decade, assisting e-commerce sellers with their imports, and new companies with their exports. As the CEO of Mercantile Logistics, she understands how each business owner is directly affected by the location and status of their products, and works diligently to make sure all measures are taken for a timely arrival. She also provides a lot of free advice to those who are interested, with repeat speaking engagements at ASD Market Week, as an instructor for APICS, and a webinar instructor to several online instruction venues.

Erin Byrnes got her start in inventory management as part of the corporate team of Production Resource Group (PRG), a local lighting company. Over 15 years, she rose through the ranks to become the head of the multi-national management team, responsible for $800M worth of equipment every year. This group worked with concert touring, motion pictures, television, theatre, special and corporate events, as well as automotive shows. After earning her Executive MBA, Erin became the CFO of Mercantile Logistics. She uses the skills gained at PRG to maintain the financial integrity of our company, ensuring regulatory compliance with all government entities!

Since 2007, Alex Sons has been working in quick logistics, coordinating and arranging shipments to international and domestic trade shows. She has been part of a team responsible for dozens of shows around the world. This requires quick decision making and fast response to the myriad of issues that can be thrust upon intense situations. Her calm demeanor under pressure is just one of the many qualities Alex employs when handling the freight shipments for our clientele. She never puts off a task for tomorrow that can be done today, even continuing work after a long day at ASD Market Week. From surprising colleagues with a Starbucks® run, to making sure every client is getting the attention they need, Alex is an amazing Operations Director for Mercantile Logistics.
